Born in Payerne, Switzerland, I caught the painting bug at the age of 8. After completing my schooling in the city of Reine Berthe, I went to Fribourg to do a preparatory year in graphic arts at the CERULEUM in Fribourg, where I obtained my diploma. It was on this occasion that I had the pleasure of trying photography for the first time.
The practice of photography came much later, and I first did a lot of oil painting before delving deeper into photography.
I have a particular attraction to landscapes, and being able to observe and capture the beauty of nature is a source of wonder for me that I want to share. It's a moment of escape and happiness to be able to capture the beauty of the world.
The photographs I share are all from my alpine hikes, simple walks or my travels in Norway's Lofoten Islands. It's a country that's engraved on my heart, so much so that it brings me peace and serenity.
